Your purchase can be returned or exchanged, within 30 days of purchase, as long as it meets the following requirements:
- The product is returned in its original packaging
- The original hang tag is attached to the sandal
- There are no visible signs of wear and tear
- Return Authorization number is included on the box
Please note: There are no returns on custom product. To ensure satisfaction, please double check all of your selections. All sales are final for Make Your Own.
To return your Havaianas please make sure to follow the steps below:
Please ensure your printer is connected and ready to print the pre-paid shipping label.
Login to your account, select the order (and product) that you want to return.
You will be given an RA# (return authorization #) which you will need to print your pre-paid shipping label—please make sure you write this number down for your reference. If you have already created an RA # click here.
Click on the link provided to you after creating your RA # to print your pre-paid shipping label.
Place the product with the original hangtag and packing list within the box.
Ship the package from any UPS facility, UPS driver or arrange a pickup with UPS.
Havaianas will fully refund products returned within these requirements. However, your shipping costs will not be refunded.
In order to process an exchange, please follow the directions above for the return and place a replacement order. We offer free ground shipping for all exchanges.
