To return your Havaianas please make sure to follow the steps below:
Login to your havaianasus.com account, select the order (and product) that you want to return.
Write the RA# in CAPS on the original invoice
Place the product with the original hangtag and packing list within the box
Ship the package to the address

Your purchase can be returned or exchanged, within 30 days of purchase, as long as it meets the following requirements:
- The product is returned in its original packaging
- The original hang tag is attached to the sandal
- There are no visible signs of wear and tear
